Children 2 and under are FREE! The junior pass is for those who are 3+ AND are under 47” tall. If any child is 48” or taller, they’ll need a general admission pass. Check out our available Paradise passes by clicking here.

The minimum age for admission without an adult is 13. Those who are younger must be accompanied by a legal adult, 18 years or older.

Yes! We accept Credit Cards at the gate, as well as, throughout the park!

No, parking is free. The parking area for the park is not patrolled by security. Paradise Beach Park is not responsible for any loss or damage within the parking area.

Swimsuits and clothes must be worn to enter the park. We do not allow thong bottoms in the park. Street clothing and undergarments can not be worn as swimwear within the park.

There is a designated smoking area within Paradise Beach Water Park.

Yes, we have locker facilities available for guests to use. These can be rented for a fee and are a great way to keep your belongings safe while you enjoy the park.

For the safety of our customers, most of our slides have a height restriction of 42″ – 48″. These are posted at each of the attractions inside the park. 

No, outside food and drinks are not allowed in Paradise Beach water park. However, we have a variety of food and beverage options available for purchase inside the park using cash or a credit card.

In the event of inclement weather, some rides and attractions may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. We will do our best to keep guests informed of any changes in operation due to weather conditions on our social media pages. Refunds will not be issued in the event of inclement weather.

No, season passes are only valid for the person whose picture and name is attached to the account

Pass Redemption

When purchasing a pass, it is important to note that Pass Redemption is required to complete the process. Follow the process below to redeem your pass:

  1. Click the button below to schedule your pass redemption appointment before the start of the season.
  2. Bring your receipt (digital or print) and driver’s license to your appointment. Please be sure that each pass holder is present at the time of the appointment (come photo-ready).
  3. Leave with your physical passes.
  4. Make sure you have your physical pass with you every time you visit the park.
  5. Enjoy your summer in Paradise!
